Very close to Metro Hoche. Room cleanliness was good. The only downside is the surrounding area, specially at night, not a very good area, specially for solo traveller., many yougsters selling cigarrettes and stuff, a bit scary for tourist.. receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Compact room, nice & friendly staff, cheap & value for money, easy access to metro station (only a few minutes to walk to). But the carpet is so dirty and the location is bit far from tourist attractions.

Very clean and very good hotel, with one big downside, it took me 40 minutes to find a parking space nearby, and I found it 650 m away to park.
The exorbitant price of breakfast, which happens to be the price of a standard midday meal, also caught my attention.

The hotel is well placed to visit the city of sciences but far from any other cultural sites.
By cons very convenient to take the metro which is 100 meters from the hotel.
The big downside is the carpet which was very dirty, stained, torn.
However, the bathroom was very clean, as was the bed. Good bedding.
