此酒店環境還是不錯的，特別是江景房。最好是到機場的民航大巴在這裡是始發站，所以坐車到機場很方便。但設施和服務須待改進。主要問題有房間提供的熱水壺竟然不能自動到沸騰後啟停，將水煮幹並泄露到滿桌都是。這個熱水壺問題是一個較嚴重的安全問題，如果不是一直留意着煮水情況，真的難以想象要是把水全部燒乾後會發生什麼情況。不過，熱水壺出問題，還可更換，此酒店的另一個問題就是服務管理的問題，應該是管理層需要認真考慮改正的問題，比如，酒店的自助早餐不但沒有咖啡供應，竟然連茶水也沒有，衹有不怎麼熱的白開水，你就算沒有熱茶供應，起碼有熱水及茶包供應。不然怎麼能叫得上四星酒店。
