Everything was superb. I have my great experience here. The resort are kids friendly, the scenery was superb. Good customer service. The beach facing a wide expance of the south china sea with its breathakibg sunset in the evening. My kids love here so much.

My family have just had a lovely stay at Langkah Syabas beach resort. Run by an Australian guy and his Malay wife. Located by the beach, just south of KK, this resort has two swimming pools. We were upgraded so had a sea facing villa with a fan covered outdoor seating area and sun loungers. The room had everything you required... tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, tv, hot shower. Queen and single beds were handy as we have young children. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine for fresh strong coffee. Sausages! Hot food. Juices, fruit s, toast... The usual. Sausages were spot on! We ate dinner every night at the resort which was a bit pricey for Sabah. Expected on resorts. Children's meals were reasonable. Have to say, the food was very good. An alternative is D'Soka which is just a five min walk down the main road. They serve excellent local food. Couldn't get enough of the coconut shakes! Pool was well maintained and looked after, same with the grounds. Saw the pool guy twice in our four day stay. Staff were really good too throughout our stay. We chose not to have our room cleaned on the second day but then didn't get it done on the third day when we put the sign out. Not a big deal, waters and fresh towels got delivered to our room. All in all a great stay. Would recommend for a few days but there is not much around the hotel so wouldn't personally recommend stays longer than a week. Although we met some who come back year on year for over a week. Would come back for a stay. Only 15 mins from KK airport (RM15 in a grab).

Location is excellent just right in front the sea and the main jetty to islands. Resort has in house tram to send guests to their next door club house building. We got a room balcony with golf course view plus can see airplanes fly over for landing, very relaxing.

The room was clean amd neat. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Everything was good, the only downside is the noisy club at the upper floor. If you are a light sleeper, consider booking other places.

Located at the sea side with a very nice sound of waves that makes me feel calm. I really love this place it's so quiet to stay and have peace of mind to relax. 🥰

1. It’s an Airbnb, not a hotel. 2. The location is very remote but close to Li Airport. It’s a good transition point. There’s also an orange nearby where you can buy instant noodles. 3. The room is small but new and fully equipped. 4 The waiter was very polite and helped call a taxi to the airport. 5 4:00 When I checked in, I found that there was no cleaning done. I thought I had entered the wrong room. There is only one bed in the family room, and the other one is a spare with an upright mattress. It is relatively small. One phone number corresponds to one landlord, so there is no way to change rooms. This point was said to be a problem with Ctrip, but it was not solved. After struggling for a long time, the experience was not good. It is recommended to book the Pinsheng Hotel in Tower A. It has more formal management services. It is located in Tower A. This is Tower B. The address was not given clearly.

I stayed at pan borneo from the 7th till the 11th to attend a wedding having occupied the executive suite and the adjoining room for my 3 kids. The rooms were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. However i am disappointed with the house keeping facilities. I say this because although the sheets are made up daily the rooms are never vacuumed and the toiletries replenished. I remember the biscuit crumps remaining on the carpets as it was on returning to the rooms on many occasions. As the carpets are not vacuumed and as carpets are known to collect dust in our tropical weather my daughter fell sick on our return to Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is packed by tourists from china and korea and this probably is the reason why the house keeping staff are always in a hurry. On one occasion my rooms were never cleaned right till the evening.

Fantastic service provided. Looking for photocopies shops near the area but couldn’t find at the mist of night. Luckily, the hotel provides printer. Will surely book again one day.
