The King Jason Paphos - Designed for Adults by Louis Hotels

Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for. My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication. the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting. Definitely worth rebooking.

The king jason prides itself on its hospitality and it over achieves. All the staff are smiling, friendly and extremely professional. The whole of the hotel is clean and provides a pleasant environment. The food is of excellent quality with a wide variety of choices. There are differing themed nights which makes each evening meal a delightful surprise. The selection of deserts makes your mouth water.

.... wont be back to this hotel. This was an extra for us as we go to Turkey twice a year. On arrival at the underwhelming reception got a glass of bubbly whilst filling out the forms. Couldn't carry our cases to room 16 as no lift and up two flights, even the barman who helped was struggling! Room was big but very dated. Outlook from balcony was of the roof of reception and some wasteland. Bedroom is huge but with a tiny wardrobe. Kitchenette in lounge with table and chairs (from the self catering days) I never saw photos of this type of room on the hotels website (they only show nice new sparkly ones). We knew two things before we came, one being in a residential area and two a road nearby. I thought it would be a nice residential area but its not, very run down, broken pavements, bins everywhere. Would not recommend walking at night to go out. Now the road I thought would be a residential road is not. It is in fact a very busy dual carriageway with noise from heavy lorries, motorbikes etc all day. So the hotel boasts "an environment which is devoid of the anxiety associated with everyday life"...apart from the road noise. Its devoid of any atmosphere at all! If you are looking for a quiet time on holiday then this is the place. Practically zero entertainment. Sitting having a drink after dinner I thought I had wandered into an old peoples home! The majority of guests are older (as we are) but sitting playing cards or dominoes is not really a fun night. Anyway the positives - food is quite good for general hotel buffet style, with different themes. The Merlot and Rose were good. Branded drinks (as you would expect). Tried the Peruvian which I enjoyed but my wife hated. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Special mention to Elias who kept our glasses full. I think the hotels rating is boosted by all the 5 star reviews left by returning guests. In my opinion these guests can't have experienced other 4 star hotels which are situated in better locations and higher quality. This hotel for me is just average. Each to their own I suppose. We will be back to Paphos next November as the weather is wonderful but probably to a beach side Hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. Spotlessly clean, friendly hardworking staff who really do want you to have a lovely time. All exceptionally polite and well mannered and a credit to the hotel. Lovely welcome from hotel manager and reception. Hotel manager was out and about around the hotel and was always asking everyone if they were ok and enjoying themselves. Couldn’t fault the food at all. Every meal was excellent and being cooked in full view of guests. Didn’t access the spa so can’t comment. 2 small negatives: The pool was freezing. Location of the hotel isn’t great. Only a 10 minute walk into the port but in a residential area. Although these 2 things wouldn’t put us off returning. Thank you all for a lovely stay ☀️

Outstanding hotel - food,staff, location and rooms all excellent! Everyone, from the management to the waiters and waitresses, the cleaners, the Receptionists couldn’t do enough for us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will certainly be back!

Amazing 10 days here. 10/10 for everything. Would highly recommend. A 20min walk to the beautiful harbour and a 30mins walk to Old Town. We will definitely be returning. Food was exceptional and drinks were all well known brands. Complimentary beach/ pool bag was a lovely touch. X

The Kings Jason is a very beautiful place in Paphos, delicious and a large selection of food from around thé world: main courses, desserts, soups, drinks. Helpful And nice staff And managers: Mr. George, Silvio And Thomas. I am going to come back here with my family And friends

Customer service second to none. All members of staff from Elena in reception to Bar staff, Laura as pool staff and of course George larger than life, not forgetting the Spa Ladies Putu and Diana’s magical hands for massages is out of this world.
