This place is perfect for both leisure and business. I loved everything about it! The modern vibes were truly captivating, and the staff were not only gorgeous but also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The overall experience was nothing short of amazing—definitely one of the best I’ve had. I can’t wait to come back again!

Noise from the LRT is very loud, need to soundproof the rooms. Food must be a little bit Muslim friendly by adding more non-pork choices.

This is superlatively beautiful and new hotel ,from the accessibility and proximity to the airport to Mall of Asia . Every penny is worth spending for . They have accommodating ,fast front desk personnel .Room food service from the cafe are great .Kudos to them from cleaning the room everyday .My husband also cleaned the inside but the personnel and utility folks are awesome . We will stay here next month .

Bayprime Hotel is a great value for money. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport via ride-hailing services for less than PHP 200. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The swimming pool is a welcome addition, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. Overall, Bayprime Hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bay Prime is very awesome. From the initial check in the smoothness and seamless work of the staff was great. The environment is welcoming, the staff is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. It won't disappoint.

Location hotel close to mall of asia and the rooms were clean and bigger compared to other hotels around the area.

Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was good but we find the place small. Rooms were big and relatively clean.

We recently stayed at Bay Prime hotel for three nights and overall, we enjoyed our experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, we did encounter some issues with customer service that dampened our stay. On our first day, we returned to our room after a long day, only to find that it had not been cleaned. We had requested cleaning service earlier, so it was disappointing to come back to an unkempt room. Additionally, we had expected to receive replenished toiletries since we were staying more than two days. Unfortunately, we had to ask for extra soap, conditioner, and shampoo, which seemed like a basic service that should have been automatically provided.  We also requested more bottled water, but it appeared that only 2 bottles was available for our entire stay. It would have been nice to have a more generous supply. In summary, while we loved the ambiance and location o, the inconsistent customer service left us wanting more. With a bit more attention to these details, it could easily become a truly outstanding hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service and management were terrible, even the receptionists seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. We booked 3 breakfasts per room but upon check-in they insisted that we only booked 2 even if on the printed receipt it said 3. It's as if they blamed the guests for their incompetence and lack of coordination and they wouldn't even admit that they made mistakes. The room was dusty and noisy whenever the train passed by every hour, and Internet was very slow. Never again!
