The studio unit is clean and has no unpleasant smells. It has a double bed with a pullout bed (great idea 👍) We had a restful sleep during our 2 night stay. The unit has aircon, smart TV, wifi, two overhead fans with lamps with adjustable color (white, warm yellow). It also has a mini-ref, microwave oven, induction stove, electric kettle, washing machine, and cups and plates.The toilet/bathroom has functioning faucets, bidet, and hot and cold shower There is a clothes cabinet with hangers and an electric iron inside. The mirror area has four high stools and a three tier shoe rack with two pairs of slippers in pink and green colors.The slippers are comfy to wear. We looked at their swimming pool (clean and only 4 feet deep) and a basketball half-court. There are two convenience stores outside the gates - Lawson and Love Mart.
We were also able to view the fireworks display to welcome 2026 from our window. Location is good - SM Sucat is just across the property and NAIA (airport) is very near the property, too. When you step out, public transportation is right there, no need for a long walk to a terminal.
The towels while clean were a bit old. Parking is difficult to find as there are only 9 paid parking slots for Tower 2 (?) and you have to coordinate with the property owner for overnight parking which costs Php 400. If you're lucky (we got lucky on the second night), we were able to secure one of the 9 paid parking slots and paid Php 150.
Overall, we had a good experience with our stay at Tower 2 Unit 7A. Kudos to Ms. Mailz, the property owner and to Ms. Noralyn, Ms Mailz''s property manager.
