The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the hallway was quite dim, which made it feel uncomfortable, especially at night.
The check-in process took a long time. Even though they requested an ID in advance, my name was not on their list when I arrived. I had to personally look for the host, and only after that was I properly endorsed. To make matters worse, the room that was initially endorsed to me was already occupied, which caused further delay and inconvenience.
There were also two power interruptions during my stay—one at night and another early in the morning. Additionally, the air conditioner was not cold enough, making the room feel warm and uncomfortable.
The bed was another downside. It was quite firm and uneven, with a noticeable sunken part. It did not seem to be foam-based; it felt more like a spring mattress without proper cushioning.
Overall, while the room was clean, several aspects of the stay need improvement, particularly the check-in process, room endorsement accuracy, hallway lighting, power reliability, air conditioning, and bed comfort.
