*it's newly built, just 2 years old, if the info is trusted, so i expected it to be sparkling clean but not really. *It also promotes itself as 'luxurious' but i found it not at all so. It's just an ordinary apartment room. *the lobby is well airconditioned but once you hop in the elevator and step outof it to the hallway toward the room, it was a sauna. When i checked in after 3pm and entered my room, it was more than a sauna but kiln. i immediately turned on two A/C in living room and bedroom but it took hours to cool down to a habitable condition. *no hot air from a hair dryer supplied in the bathroom when i tried to use it. *i also found it not easy to adjust temp of hot shower as it got too hot or too cold. *On the entrance door inside attached a piece of paper of information including Wifi connection. I selected the designated SSID on my computer screen and key-ed in the password but could not connect. I tried entering the password but no connection. So i went downstairs to the lobby to complain. As it turned out later, the info was old and never revised. Service: *a few days before my flight, I e-mailed them to make sure the indicated address on booking voucher and its actual location would match. They replied and confirmed the address on the booking voucher was correct. So i headed to Cluster H of the complex in early morning after my arrival in manila. I was told to wait in the lobby until someone would come to take care of my luggage before 3pm check in. When 2 staff members finally came after more than an hour of wait, i learned that my room was not located at Cluster H, but Cluster A. I had to take unwanted walk in sweltering heat and humidity to Cluster A's lobby. Later, when i checked e-mail on my comptuer in the room using wifi, i spotted one from them notifying me that I should come to Cluster A. They sent me this notice after my arrival in Manila and they didn't even say sorry for the sudden change as the mail said they 'upgraded the room' for me without my asking them to 'upgrade'. *After i checked in after 3pm, I checked the fridge. It was only slightly cool even though it was set to 'max'. I waited for more than an hour but it seemed it never got colder so I e-mailed them to come and check the fridge as i planned to store fresh produce like meat and fish but they never replied. *On the last night of my 3-day-4-night stay, i found the A/C in bed room was not working properly when i got back in the afternoon. So i set the temp lower to cool down the bedroom but the air coming from the AC was still not cool enough. It was so warm in bedroom that i set the temp to the lowest i could set on the remo-con at 16 degrees C but no cool air still. i later spotted a pool of water on the floor and even found thin streams of water running on the wall on which the AC was fixed. I again e-mailed them to fix the situation immediately and this time they quickly replied, saying 'do not set temp at 16 C, but around 21 to 22 C' even though they ignore my request to check the fridge when i checked in on my first day. Nobody came to check the AC as they said it was too late that night. Hope this review will be of some help those who might be thinking about booking this apartment make their informed decision.

For me, everything is OK but no toothpaste no toothbrush-no towel no waterusually every time traveling abroad with my family so I expect everything put all I need at room i book , then I always message the number i saw at the room in cases i need to ask or anything but to slow The response even other number I try you never response but the number response is like the number is rose only this person , or I need to go downstairs ask the staff at the counter, security counter desktop all helpful and nice and approachable. My family is always happy to stay. Hopefully next time I come back here everything is OK and thank you so much for the Nice place God bless.

the unit we booked is not the unit we get, according to booking we have 4 beds, but the room we got, only have 2 beds, that cannot accommodate the 8 of us. lack of towels, pillows, blankets. there’s a left over food in the fridge that is not cleaned when we arrived at the unit. the air-conditioning in the other room is not that cold even we used the coldest temperature.

❌🙅♀️😡 NEVER AGAIN! We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but at 3:20, the room was not ready. We were so upset because we traveled far and were very tired. When we asked for a refund, the staff said, 'Okay,' and gave us instructions, which is why we left. Only to find out that it’s not refundable! WORST! (The service is worst talaga kase nong sinabi namin na gusto namin ng refund wala man lng silang pag aalinlangan na nag okay agad, wala man lng Kaming natanggap na “the housekeeping is preparing the room for you”/“we are preparing the room already, pls wait! PERO WALA!)  We also noticed that the staff were not well-coordinated. We asked for the unit owner's number and waited 30 minutes for that! Not good. 😏

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

Great value overall ! For such a large development , needs more amenities , shops etc... closer to or at the location - which it should have upon completion of project.
