I always love staying at this hotel! It's small, clean, and perfectly located—just a short walk from everything I need. The hotel is clean, it has no elevator so if you book a room upstairs you need to ask the service to help you to bring your suitcase up for you.
There are cockroaches but that is to be expected in a tropical city. The surroundings aren't nice unless you cross over to Ayala malls

The building does not have an elevator.
My business was completed unexpectedly early and I was refunded the difference in my prepaid amount to my actual stay with no hassle.

Its nice, but they need to make a elevator cause not all costumer can walk in highest floor.

Hotel room was clean.
The receptionists are very accommodating and have allowed me to check in early (felt pitty on me as I was there since 8am 🫢 ) Thank you for that!
