Impressive hotel. Great location and awesome amenities. It’s just that the airport transfer is a bit dear. But for peace of mind, feel free to use them. Otherwise Grab is another option.

The room was okay and decent, the wifi has a good connection. I also love the Housekeeping service and people. The only problem is the staff from the door, the fromtdesk and palma, they are all not approachable and prioritizes foreigners rather than Filos. The front desk also gave the same room to other guests. When i was inside the room someone opened my door. It is not safe to be with these hotel staff

Every time my husband disembarked or going back to work, if the time of arrival/ departure permit us, we always stay at Nichols. Concierge and staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

I had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas. Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue Overall stay was 4/5

Never bring strange women back to your hotel in Manila, it's extremely dangerous!!

The facilities are outdated. There was no hot water for a shower, no slippers, and while there was a toothbrush, there was no toothpaste. It was just for a one-night layover, as I had to be at the airport by 5 AM. Better than sleeping at the airport, but nothing else positive to say.

had a very pleasant stay at Nichols Airport Hotel. Stayed there from Feb 8-9 and Feb 13 -15. Though on our first stay we book Family Room A, it was not the one given to us since it was occupied as per the Front Desk Attendant. A couple room with an extra folding bed was assigned to us instead. During our second stay, we got what we booked and everything was nice. Their breakfast is good as well. Will be booking again there soon.

Rooms are extremely basic. Would recommend only using for an overnight stay/few hours sleep. Get the airport pick up service as taxis are uncharacteristically expensive in the area.

Very close to the airport, and the hotel provides the free transfer from the airport (but needs to be booked in advance). A room is small with small window, but clean. The minus that our room was facing the road, and it was quite loud whole night from motorbikes, so if you'll stay here, ask for the room on the other side. Hotel have a really nice restaurant/bar with good food and prices, so you don't really need to go out anywhere.

Best Value for money & safe place to stay near airport & Baclaran Church & Mall of Asia. The food serve at rooftop was delicious. Highly recommended to stay😊

We arranged airport transfer and waited over half an hour for it to arrive, a grab would have been just 5 mins and cheaper. The reception was fine and the roof top terrace and bar was nice but the rest of the hotel was under renovation so very tatty and evidence of work ongoing. It’s situated close to the airport but the area outside is quite run down. Lots of KTV bars, but also lots of people sleeping on the streets and begging. We decided to take a walk to the bay, which had a nice stretch of bars and restaurants and the walk through a town with a few sights was quite nice, however I would suggest catching a tuk tuk as it was quite a long walk and had to walk alongside a few busy major roads. I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Overall, it's good value for money. It's not too far from the airport, but if you're arriving at night, it's definitely best to take a taxi as it doesn't feel very safe after dark. The front desk service was pretty good.
