Very accomodating, place is neat and cozy, untensils are ok also… clean bathroom. Highly recommended if you are plannic to stay in azure

Area is good, malinis po and they are very accomodating during our arrival, utensils are clean. Nag enjoy po ako sa pagstay dito since yung balcony ay kitang kita yung pool. Highly recommended and we’ll book again. Kuddos!! 🥰😊😊

A unit with two bedrooms! Very comfortable to stay and perfect for a group of family and friends. The room is amazing, it has enough equipment that you will need especially for cooking and utensils. Very convenient because it is also close to the main gate of Azure and has a beautiful pool view in a high floor.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1PM. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

legit naman tong booking na to,maasikaso namn lahat sa inquiry ung binigay na contact person, the room is okay for three persons , hassle lang is ung pag verify nang paulit ulit at mahabng pila sa verifier dun s mismong place, imbes na 2pm checkin 4 pm na nakacheckin.

It was absurd that you had to pay for the wave pool.

Loved the amenities but the agent was not able to coordinate our booking right away. We were stuck waiting at the guard house for about 1 hour.
