the hotel and location are interesting, just the way in and out is a little remote and a little far from the city. amazing scenery.

We love this hotel so much and the buffet breakfast also not bad. We will come back again. I wish they provide tour packages arround there . All the staffs so friendly . Keep it up the good work. All the best for Niagara hotel . We love our room too.

Really enjoyed by the scenery of the Toba Lake😍 so happy, the room is clean, but there was some troubles when i want to checked out the receptionist said that we lost the mug, but that was OB’s fault, except from that everything soo nice, we’ll definitely come back!!

Clean and cozy

Very basic for standard room. There is no socket beside bed, only beneath TV

The view and the location are amazing here. The room and patio were clean and spacious. The staff are nice. The food is ok. Make sure you bring cash. They seem to have an issue with their card reader. I was double charged for food because the signal dropped and I was told this happened to somebody else like a week before me. It took about five days for me to get my money back and it felt like I was working for it. The closest ATM is about a mile walk away down the mountain, which is steep, but beautiful. They say they have 24 hour room service, but they only had one meal available for order. Outside of the annoying issue with the card reader this was a nice place to stay.

Have stayed at Deluxe Room with cost of SGD 173 per night for 2 pax. Like the room cleanliness. Will come back here again.

As deluxe room fully booked, i had no choices to book standard room. Check in and got room with back door aside of road which staff pass frequently, noisy bike and truck. Some garbage from above room. Started, I thought booking by trip.com has no diamond member privilege.

the hotel gave evetything we needed but the road to hotel narrow and hilly

The hotel settled at the hill, you can have a nice view of the city & danau Toba. They offers many facilities from pool, playground, and a lot of activities for kids and family. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t maintain well. The room and its furniture need upgrades. The air conditioner in our room also didn’t work properly when we stay there. It is unfortunate because the hotel has a lot to offers.
