We stayed in the studio apartment with huge balcony over looking beach . Bed so comfortable. bathroom excellent. Main room was excellent everything you needed . internet fast .cafe under apartments do amazing food and drinks Sun loungers on balcony comfortable The only down side would be chairs on balcony a bit uncomfortable with it being so big you could get a larger comfortable chairs on it and still have loads of room on balcony

This was a perfect apartment in a perfect position in Parga! We booked to come back next year while we were still there so I think this says it all! We had the B&B option and there was a good choice for breakfast in the lovely cafe below the apartments. We enjoyed sat on our balcony listening to some music in the nextdoor restaurant but as soon as you closed the balcony door it was very quiet in the room. I would thoroughly recommend.

Just returned from 7 night stay at the Utopia with Jet 2. Amazing location and the studio was perfect! Had a side sea view on the first floor complete with a private balcony area that was a welcome retreat as the temperature was in the 30s and was nice and shady most of the time. The owners and staff were really lovely and the cafe served great food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was our first visit to Parga, we stayed for 1 week B&B. The owners/staff were very friendly. The studios are spotless, and the location is fabulous. We had a sea view, which was stunning. Breakfast was excellent, as were the afternoon snacks we had on a couple of occasions. It is also lovely to sit, have a drink, and watch the world go by. There is no pool, but the beach is opposite with plenty of sunbeds. It is a short stroll (a couple of mins max) to the busier area of Parga and a variety of restaurants, etc. We had a great time and would definitely return to both Parga and Utopia Studios.

Smashing location right by the town beach. The owners and all the staff were helpful and friendly. All spotlessly clean. We didn't have a sea view, but a huge balcony made up for that. Cafe gave a good choice of breakfasts. Would definitely return.

These studios are in a perfect location on the quiet end of Parga front but just a few minutes walk to the busy end. The views are amazing and you are straight onto the beach from them. They are spotlessly clean and have everything you need in a holiday studio. The owners are friendly and helpful and the cafe/bar underneath is lovely for breakfast/lunch/drinks. Would defiantly recommend a stay here if you like to be next to the beach and you like things clean.

We are back from a wonderful stay in Parga, the Utopia apartments are a fantastic place to stay, location is superb and everything is so spotless and clean, breakfast was spot on and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would definitely visit again.

There is nothing about this place,the owners or staff that can be critisised. The room was cleaned every day,blanket and sheets folded. The breakfasts were superb,the service great. Daytime snacks (in particular the club sandwich),delicious. A great place to visit and stay.

Didn't stay in the apartments but ate lunch in the restaurant/snack bar every other day. Food great in here enjoyed what ever we had at lunchtime. especially the omlettes. The staff friendly and very hard working. The place clean and overlooking the beach. I think the cat owns this restaurant but they couldn't have a better boss, he's so cool(HA HA). We stopped for a drink here every night on are way back to our apartments. Great service

We have been regular visitors to this cafe bar for several years and would highly recommend it. In these post Covid times, cleanliness is a priority here. It is a family run affair, Dimitris and Janna are very welcoming. The service is excellent and the quality of food is superb - you will not be disappointed! It is situated very close to the beach and they do run a delivery service to their sunbeds! Scooby, the resident cat, will also make you feel very welcome!

Didn't stay there but used their sunbeds while in Parga. The staff were very welcoming sunbeds are more spread out and lower priced than others on the town.bezch and we were able to use Utopias toilets which were very clean.

The location couldn't be more picturesque or convenient. The rooms are very clean and well presented and have all the amenities you need if self catering although we chose the breakfast option that was served in the cafe bar below. The owners and all their staff are discreetly helpful and available from early morning til late at night, always greeting us with a smile. Its a perfect setting for pre amble drinks and also for a nightcap The whole team made the experience friendly and very comfortable and we left with so many happy memories. Thank you to everyone in making our holiday such a joy. We don't normally go back but it was so perfect for us we will be back to see you in 2023. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Parga.
