One must remeber that in central Paris, a hotel at this price will offer only very small rooms, micro-rooms by North American stanrds. And hotel ammenties will be almost non-existent. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, for its size. The bed was excellent. However, the desk, more like a shelf, was too small even for a small laptop computer... one has to use the ledge by the window and prop oneself on the edge of the bed. Also, there are no elevators and the stairs very long due to the ceiling heights. There was no offer from the sole staff member to carry our suitcases up to our top floor room. Luckily, neither of us had a heat attack! But the level of service is as minimal as the room.
