Had only one night staying here with my girlfriend. Very high-standard hotel, friendly staff with a great introduction of the hotel. The decoration style of the room is tidy and comfortable with a large room size. Breakfast buffet is worthy as well. Highly recommend and definitely will come again for the next Paris trip.

A truly terrible experience. I always stay in the 16th arrondissement when I visit Paris, but with skyrocketing accommodation prices, I decided to book this new hotel instead. Despite the positive reviews, my personal experience was very disappointing; it offered terrible value for money. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't great, Metro Line 13 was constantly overcrowded, and the hotel service was poor. It felt more like an apartment than a proper hotel. I stayed for four consecutive nights, and frankly, had my itinerary not been so tight, I would never have chosen this place. The facilities and amenities were simply not up to standard.

The rooms are very new, making this one of the few truly new and clean hotels I've stayed at in Europe, and it's reasonably priced. It's conveniently located near metro and bus stops, and also close to shopping areas. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and around 20 minutes from Stade de France. However, the surroundings felt a bit unsettling at night due to groups of people loitering around, so it's advisable to head back to the hotel earlier. The hotel itself, though, is excellent.
