Nice place to stay if you are ready for the fitness routine (going up and down to the 7th) floor. Apart from this apartment is charming. Not sure that it will be ok for two ppl but for one is great. Olivier helped me with everything and been supportive during my whole stay.

Excellent location. All the sights are within walking distance. Nearby is a Monoprice supermarket, an inexpensive Chinese restaurant, a cheap Lazachka, and a butcher shop. The studio is fully equipped, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The plumbing is in excellent condition, everything works perfectly. The bed is comfortable.

Excellent apartment, brand new renovation, everything is fresh. For such a price everything was fine and we liked it. The linen was clean and fresh. The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

A wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Everything you need is nearby, including a laundry room. The area is filled with various cafes, from cheap to decent, and there's also a grocery store 150 meters away. The only downside was that the towels weren't changed even once during our five days, but we didn't ask for them. There was sometimes a smell coming from the toilet.
