Gare de Lyon & Bercy – Central Paris Apartments

Very unsafe place terrible smell in the hallway, no elevator or at list lift as it was mentioned in the ads. Customer care is poor. I have to do international or rooming call to get a hold of them about the process of checking in if not they didn’t even bother to send you the process of how to get in. This is a bad property to stay specially if you have health conditions dirty hallways with spiders and lots of mosquitoes welcoming guests as soon as you enter the door. My soon got bitten by mosquitoes all over his arm and until now it’s swollen. VERY UNHEALTHY PLACE.

It was great stay for family trip. Walking distance to metro stations, bus stop, and super market. Nice bakery is next door for baguette and croissant. Kitchen and washing machine are helpful for family trip, although there is no chopping board. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the handling of the security deposit. My stay took place from March 25 to March 27, 2026, and more than six weeks after checkout, my €250 deposit still has not been refunded. I contacted the property several times by phone and was repeatedly told that the refund would be processed “quickly,” yet no action was taken and no clear explanation was provided. This level of follow-up is unacceptable for a professional accommodation service. If there were damages or issues, I would understand a delay, but nothing was reported during or after my stay. The apartment itself was acceptable, but the post-stay management and customer service have been extremely disappointing. A security deposit should not require weeks of chasing and repeated reminders to be returned. I hope this situation will finally be resolved, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to travelers who expect reliable and professional handling of payments and deposits.
