Fully Renovated 2-Bedroom Apt, steps from the Pantheon.

Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities. Private and quiet location. Near great and accessible eateries that were walking distance. Melissa was very helpful with Paris tips and recommendations. Easy communication and checking in/out was smooth. We will definitely return to Paris and stay here if it's available.

After an initial hiccup communication with Melissa was excellent. Check in was easy , she arranged early access to drop our cases before the apartment was ready, gave instructions to travel from the airport and wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shops . The location was easy to use as a base to get around. The lift was small, added to the fun, but very functional. A great space for our group of 4 adults - washer and dryer added bonuses .

The space was really nice. We enjoyed the living space with a table to eat our delicious treats from the boulangerie across the street and a sofa to stretch out on. The location is wonderful. We walk everywhere. Our host Melissa was helpful and communication was just fine. The closets were nice! And the separate water closet from shower room is a plus. The apt was quiet at night which is great for a light sleeper. Yes, the Parthenon is directly behind the apt. Great neighborhood with residents and University vibe.

The main advantage of the property was it location. 2min from Pantheon, cafes and grocery stores very close. Luxemburg Garden is 5 min away. The apartment is small but well kept. It has one separate toilet and one separate bath (we thought there were two bathrooms). The host Melissa was responsive and very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great little flat with 2 bedrooms as an alternative to the tiny hotel rooms. Good location. Walking to metro, bus, and Notre Dame. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Host gave easy instructions from airport and train station. 5th floor but tiny elevator to make it easy with luggage. Would stay again.

Perfect spot The apartment location is amazing, the property is how you see in the pictures, the only issue I was worried about is that the building is under interior renovations, but we did not suffered any noise. We kept our shades close because they were too close to the windows. The communication was super easy and friendly. If I have to be more picky I will love black out shades in the rooms and some hooks in the shower area to hang towels. For sure I recommend this cozy nice apartment.

Great place & location The photos don't do the place justice. It's a nice, newly renovated apartment with upscale furniture and fixtures. While it's not large, there was more than enough space for two couples. The location is great, just across the street from some of the shooting locations for Emily in Paris (if that matters to those visiting :) ). Some small things could be improved. We could have used more tea towels, as well as instructions for using the appliances. There was a lot of scaffolding in the courtyard, which made the place feel dirty (on the outside) and obscured the light - but this obviously will be temporary. The elevator is incredibly small, but it worked. The towels were still wet upon arrival though there was a small dryer.Paris can be challenging in terms of finding a place. It's a big, expensive city. This place is nice and I would stay there again. The owner is easy to communicate with and responsive.

Great place to stay in Paris! We loved the location of this apartment, and it was a sweet spot to stay for our weekend in Paris. Our host was very helpful, and the apartment was clean and pleasant. It worked well for our group of 4 adults. Great find! Be ready to climb some stairs, or ride in the world’s smallest elevator (we did both).

Cute Apartment - Communication needs improvement We booked this apt as part of our vacation. Looking forward to staying here to get some much needed relaxation, but very disappointed that there was very loud construction on that apt right outside the window, early every morning. This was NOT communicated by host and in fact the listing said it was in a "quiet courtyard". Communication with the host could use improvement since you have to set up a time for them to let you in. Our train time changed and we gave a day notice with several messages, but when we arrived, no one was there to let us in. We finally got a hold of the host by calling and waiting for someone to make it to us to let us in, while standing there in the street waiting with our luggage as it was getting darker. We also did have a little trouble the second night with the lock, which I understand can also be that it is different and an older building, but the host then had to result to insults in our communications. I did not appreciate that. Very unnecessary. Due to mainly the noise every morning we had to check out early and pay a lot extra to find somewhere else to stay last minute. We came to relax and that was impossible with the known construction that should have been communicated in the listing. I will say the host did accommodate partially, but only refunded half of what was originally promised. They simply said they "changed their mind". Cute and clean apt in nice area, but not happy with host/service/lack of transparency with loud construction.
