The location is fantastic. However, the air conditioning isn't very effective.

They took a 75 euro daily deposit at the entrance. I had never paid a deposit at the entrance of a Hilton before. I was very surprised. The staff was not very helpful.

The hotel is perfect!
However, **Ctrip is different. Does it include breakfast? I don’t know how to connect with these fishy customers. I have to pay for breakfast after eating, but I found a black diamond customer and told me that I have to wait again. I’m on my way and we’ll wait for you? Finally, I solved the problem by communicating on my mobile phone. I am very curious as to why your service staff communicated so poorly! ! !

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable. The staff were pleasant. The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of good transit options. We had a Nespresso machine and robes- all good. That’s all the good stuff. Where they could improve- while there really wasn’t anything wrong with our stay, I felt that as a Hilton gold member, I wasn’t recognized as such. This was a bit of a miss for me. It doesn’t take a lot to say, “thank you for being Gold”, here’s a free “X” something- anything. I had to ask. Then- not sure if this is because summer had been so hot, we couldn’t control the room temp and had to call the front desk. The problem was that sometimes the room was freezing and sometimes stuffy. But the long and short was- pleasant stay.

I pretty much exclusively stay in Hilton properties for work & pleasure. I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. Two male employees watched another female traveler & I, struggle with a couple large Suitcases- to get into the door & down the small flight- to the reception desk. Only after watching us arrive at the desk, did they offer to help. At the desk, the woman checking us in wasn't helpful, seemed to kot like her job, & confused about my pre-paid bill. Seems like horrible service for a Hilton Honors Gold member.

I had an early morning train to catch from the nearby train station Montparnasse during my visit in Paris, so I decided to book a four nights stay and make this hotel my base for the four nights. First, the good: air conditioning works great! And I mean really great. In fact, I had to continuously turn down or even turn off the air conditioning because it would get too cold in the room. I had read several reviews from other hotels with malfunctioning air-conditioning, and I’m glad to say this was not a problem at this property. I got room 312 and would recommend it for the great air conditioning. The shower was amazing. The bathroom itself was rather small, but the amazing shower more than made up for it. Never had a problem getting plenty of hot water! Bed was absolutely comfortable. Had an amazing night’s sleep every night. Comforter was very warm, which helped with the very cold air conditioner. Room itself was actually fairly decent by European standards. Had a full size bed and plenty of room to walk around. I appreciated the fridge located in the mini bar, which I would go to the grocer across the street and buy juices and drinks to keep it stocked. Now, the “meh”… Breakfast - if I wasn’t a diamond member and it wasn’t free, I would not pay for it. In fact, it is probably the most disappointing breakfast I have had at any Hilton property in France. I would actually rate it worse than a Hampton by Hilton breakfast. Very poor selection. In fact, I am so used to the breakfast rooms bustling at morning hours… on NONE of the days was this the case. People would show up, yes, but never a wait (which I guess you could say is a plus?), but you could tell I wasn’t the only one disappointed. If you do not get your breakfast for free, I would very highly recommend going to a nearby bakery or cafe instead, which there are plenty within 5 minutes walk. Also, not sure what happened, but on the last day, it was like housekeeping gave up. The first 3 days housekeeping left the room in tip top shape, but when we got back on our last day, it was as if the housekeeping staff just decided to quit halfway. Bed half made (seriously. Like they started but didn’t finish). Bathroom as well half made, they restocked only some towels, not all, and didn’t bother refilling other amenities. It was just… odd. I had to go downstairs to get tissue paper and towels. There are two elevators on site and never had any issues. Keep in mind that there are steps so if you have heavy bags, you will need to bring them down to the lobby from the main entrance. While I saw some staff helping some guests with luggage, I saw many that were not offered help. Which, to be frank, the hotel lobby staff is usually just one person, so I get it. But be advised if you are not able to lug your bags down stairs by yourself. Would I stay here again? I honestly don’t know. The hotel served its purpose, and I truly wanted to see how it compared to my favorite property in the area, the Mais

I recently stayed here w/ my girlfriend for a 3 night stay in August. I originally booked a King Privilege room. About a week before my arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was upgraded to a Queen Junior Suite. I requested early check-in, but when we arrived around 2PM we were told that our room wouldn't be ready until 3PM, which was fine because it's not guaranteed and we had a 3:30 PM Louvre Museum appointment anyway. The front desk was able to secure our luggage until we came back later in the day, which was great. We came back to the hotel around 6PM and went to our Queen Junior Suite room. It was very nice, with a living room type area on the first level with a couch, TV and desk, and the bedroom and shower/bathroom on the second floor, which you get to by a small spiral staircase. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working on the bedroom level, so I went to the front desk and was helped by Mohamed to change my room. I just asked for a room that has working air conditioning. He informed me that the original King Privilege room I booked wasn't available, but that they had a Queen Privilege room, which I took. The room, like many in Europe, is quite small. There's not much room for storing luggage or anything else. Thankfully there was a small closet with a small clothes rack, iron and ironing board next to the bed. The bathroom was a decent size and had a nice walk-in shower. There was liquid body soap, hair shampoo and conditioner provided on the inside shower wall like most hotels today; I prefer bar soap, so had brought my own. The one thing that I found odd on both of my European stays (Dublin and Paris) at separate chain hotels is the fact that I had to request face cloths, as they were not provided in the bathrooms initially. The front desk explained that they started doing this during COVID, and now you have to request them. There is also a nice Nespresso machine in the room, which is a nice touch. I did not try the hotel restaurant or breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. The location of the hotel is a little bit outside of the center of Paris, which I like. The area is quiet, and I had o trouble with noise of sleeping. There's a market/convenience store basically right across the street from the hotel, which is nice to pickup some foodstuffs and anything else you may need. It also has some small restaurants/cafe's right along Rue Raymond Losserand street. There are also a good selection of restaurants around the hotel area within reasonable walking distance (~2 miles or less). One specific restaurant in the area I highly recommend is Bistrotters. There is a metro station (Metro Pernety) right down the street from the hotel, which is great for getting into central Paris. Uber is also very accessible in the area, and fares are reasonable.

Although I was alone on this visit, my wife and I have stayed at this hotel for years. (She had passed away since my last visit.) The hotel and the staff are wonderful. Special thanks to Mohamed, Nadeesha, and Julia for their excellent guest services. My apologies for the lateness of this review.

Love this hotel! My favorite in Paris! As a Hilton Honors member, I appreciate the attention to detail. We arrived in June after a week in sweltering heat in an AIRBNB without air conditioning. The darkened room with AC was a welcome treat. The bar and restaurant service is always impeccable. Staff is amazing and very attentive. This is a solid hotel choice!

Wrapped up 6 nights at this artsy treat and thoroughly enjoyed. Quietly tucked away on a side street with a grocery store and restaurants a stone's throw away. Delicious breakfast and fantastic champagne brunch on Sunday. Super friendly service staff. Nice restaurant food and fare prices for Paris. I lucked out with a garden view (I personally prefer garden green to city cream).
