I tried to contact the accommodation several times before arrival, even with the help of Trip.com, but without success. The accommodation was paid for in advance. In the meantime, a massive transport and air traffic control strike was announced in France, and it was impossible to travel to France from where I was. An ignorant attitude toward guests does not lead to good reviews and is certainly a sign of unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this place.

Best of the Best! This hotel is on a quiet street, and is super clean and quiet. The staff members are so kind and high class. I have nevet bern in such a great neighborhoid in Paris, it is full of shops and stores and cheap lunch places.

Very clean, comfortable beds, the heater/radiator can be turned on by you in the room which i didn't realise until the second night. Small room but Cosy and comfortable. It's close to the metro it's a 3 min walk from metro or bus stop. 33mins from paris city.
