Helpful staff and clean facilities, sauna not working for some reason, expensive restaurant. Pool was pleasant enough, great location, and many restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel is right next to Piazza Vendôme. The location is very good. We walked to all the attractions. If you get up early, you can go for a run in Madame Dorit Park and walk to the Louvre in five minutes. The hotel room is relatively large in Paris, and the suite is big enough for a family of four. The only thing to note is that because of the location, the surrounding consumption is very high. If you go to the left bank to spend money, it will be much more economical.

What a great hotel! Location is excellent. Quick walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Ste. Chappelle and Arche de Triumphe. And the staff is excellent. If you meet Eric the concierege, say hi to him for me. He gave us great tips like going early to the train station Le Gare De Leon for our nonstop train to Avignon. He said we could enjoy a beverage or snack in Le Train Bleu, a restaurant featured in ****** on the Orient Express movie. What a great tip! The restaurant is quite a surprise in the middle of the train station! You have to see the ceilings to believe it! Eric got a big kick out of our car for a Paris tour, a tiny Citroen. He went out to talk to our driver and was really smiling! As Marriott Platinum Elite guests, we enjoyed 2 free $35 breakfast buffets every morning which was good news/bad news - delicious and I hope the calories didn't count! And the bartender was a delight to watch - a true professional. All in all, an excellent stay!

This is a small hotel that excels in service. All staff were quite pleasant and responsive. We included breakfast in our reservation and it was quite good. They have a continental buffet setup with eveything from cereal to bread and cold cuts. They also have to order service with coffee, tea, eggs, omelettes, potatoes, pancakes, etc. The rooms and public areas were very clean. The location is very centralized a few blocks from the Louvre, banks, and restaurants. The room had windows that we opened for fresh air (no need for a/c as it was April). The bed was very comfortable. We booked the largest room available short of a suite and it was quite small. We were three and the roll-out barely allowed space to walk around. This is why I gave four instead of Five stars. For two people I'm sure it would be adequate. Overall, we had a great stay as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Pleasant stay at Renaissance. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious for European standards. Breakfast was delicious and I was happy they had Halal options. Location wise it is very convenient. Just walking distance from the shops and restaurants.
