Traumatised by this hotel service. We got overcharged for the NEW city tax imposed this year, we got charged €85.58 euros for 3 nights for 2 people, and according to the official website, a 3 star hotel only requires €5.20 per person per night, i.e. total of €31.2. I am not alone, there was overcharging scenario happening during the stay and we kept seeing others arguing with the receptionist. I doubtfully assume that the hotel manager and staff also know about this, as their receipt that was issued to us are charging in flexible rate instead of fixed charge, they just make up the numbers and try to scam the customers.

You get what you paid for. Good location. Near the Eiffel tower and close to a train station.

The downstairs started to be renovated at 7am. At night, drunk young people were shouting and yelling on the street. The soundproofing is not good!!! The soundproofing is not good!!!

The room is a bit small, but the location is great. It takes about 5-6 minutes to walk to the Champ de Mars, 5 minutes to the Seine River, and only 5 minutes to the nearest subway station. Good reviews!

Very basic but functional and well located amenities.

First dilapidated room, with the TV that doesn't work. Change of room, even more dilapidated. Radiator coming off the wall and full of rust. Almost having to climb over the toilet to get to the shower. Hair in the bed. Very poorly soundproofed hotel. Impossible to obtain the invoice at reception because reservation was made on a platform.

It's very close to the tower, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. You get what you pay for anyway.

The location is good, close to scenic spots and subway stations, there is a small supermarket opposite, it is convenient to buy water, there is lime to rent on the right side of the door, it is convenient to go everywhere by bike! But the room is too old, there is a smell of hair, the carpet is too dirty, it's terrible! The character ratio is too bad!

Poor cleaning, excessive municipal taxes…
