The hotel was very bad there is a bed bugs and the hotel don’t do anything.

It's terrible hostel. You, never go. I go up to 5th floor with heavy trunks. There is no elevator. Shower room is very small ,and bathroom curtain is thin plastic curtain . Water switch is handy press button style. And so, I couldn't wash my body with one hand cach curtain, the other hand press the button of shower. Staff service is very poor and unkind. And location is very far from center of city. NEVER, don't go. You regret.

The water heater in the room was not working. The staff asked me to use the shared bathroom instead, which was inconvenient, and it took quite a while before I could get my room changed.

It was a great stay. The location is close to places of attraction. Easy access to public transportation.

Super uncomfortable the bad, toilet blocked so when we have a shower the entire room become a swimming pool, and everything was dirty on the toilet we found lots of bond hairs but we have black hair so the hair belongs from other person. Super cold the room

Overall, it's pretty good.

The hotel is very close to the metro. It's a short walk to the Basilica of the Sacre-Coeur, but it's uphill. The room is clean, but not new. The bathroom is in good condition.

We have actually been really happy to stay here, despite the negative reviews. We have not had any signs of bed bugs, the room was quite good considering the price, the staff were super nice and helpful, and the location is super nice, as metro line 12 runs almost right outside the door. 😊 The only two minuses were that we had room 404 which was on the 4th floor, so you have to be in good shape as there is no elevator, and the breakfast was very small and basic. Otherwise I have nothing negative to say and recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to sleep a little outside the center of the city, and without expectations of luxury or a desire to spend a lot of money on a hotel 😊

Unfortunately, we were misled by the pictures. I don't know how long the hotel and its rooms have looked like they do in the photos. The rooms are extremely sparsely furnished and covered in black mold. Furthermore, the bunk beds squeak terribly, so we moved the mattresses to the floor. At least the beds themselves were clean. We had booked breakfast and were rather disappointed with it as well. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location. From here, you can reach all sorts of sights in just a few minutes by metro or even on foot.

The environment of the hotel is so bad for 550 yuan. The room is on the 6th floor, the top floor, there is no elevator, it is a family room, there is no air conditioning or TV, there is a big fan on the top floor, it buzzed all night, I didn't sleep well all night, definitely not a second stay

Convenient location, return early at night, security is a concern, the hot water pressure in the bathroom is not enough, it is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, there are a lot of dust mites on the quilt, please think twice if you have a bad respiratory tract, the front desk service is OK

The hotel is very average. Overall it is clean, but everything is tired and shabby, the lamps are broken. Steep narrow stairs to the upper floors, it will be difficult for people with luggage. The good news is the location, the metro is nearby, and the low price at the time of booking.

The problem was in the toilet, the fan does not stop, so it bothered me, I spoke to the receptionist but he did not take any action to resolve the problem, apart from this problem the stay was good
