The French gentleman at the front desk was enthusiastic and gentlemanly, and his wife was from Harbin; the French girl at the front desk was very pretty, enthusiastic and elegant; the hotel facilities were also very good, and the restaurants next to it were also great. It was a great hotel! I must give it a thumbs up! The location of the hotel is also very good, quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle, and it is very convenient to walk to the Louvre, Orsay, Pompidou, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe.

An ok hotel that had what we needed. The bed was short, it took a long time for us to get hot water in the bathroom. Nice location.

The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and the location convenient. The safe in the room was broken and never fixed, as well as a critical light switch.

Decent hotel, but one issue. We booked because the room was 100 sq ft bigger than other hotels in Paris. Hours before we checked in, we received a message that the hotel overbooked our room and we were getting a smaller/different room. For the inconvenience, we were offered 40 euro/night (3 nights) discount and free breakfast. Great, except I have yet to receive the credit/discount and it’s been 3 weeks. ******* is still fighting with the hotel for it. The location of this property was good, 10 min walk from the Louvre Museum.

Somewhat disappointing hotel based on the photos online. Everything was just ok. Shower was nice at least. Great location though, very close to the Louvre.
