Location was great! So close to metro and easy to get to all attractions.I spent amazing 3 days in Paris. Louvre museum,Versailles, Norte Damn,Sorbonna university,Elyssay ,Arc de Thrones, Concorde square,Grand palace-that is all places which I visited.Thanks a lot for a nice sunny days.

It's hostel no hotel. No elevator only stairs. It's building and inside building inside building. No hotel. Location It's very good. Room very clean. But the wc very very small. no elevator!!!!!

The room felt very secure; it would be unlikely for someone not staying there to get in. The front desk was also friendly and provided hot water. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, and the location is excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms where clean, it has an elevator and a/c which was fantastic for the hot days. The location is great as well it, there is a really good pizza place next door and a supermarket as well as other restaurants in the same street. It has good metro and bus network as well and is close enough to walk to alot of the museums and other landmarks. Highly recommended

The location is excellent — within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and very close to the Argentine station on Metro Line 1. The room, unfortunately, is quite small. It was a single room, but it’s fine if you don’t plan to spend much time there. The reception staff speak English, which is helpful. However, there was no assistance at all with carrying luggage. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a good experience considering the price and the area.

All the staff at the hotel were friendly. The location was great and it was nice because it was quiet. The room was small but I think it was reasonable for the low price.

This hotel is located 300 meters from the Arc de Triomphe. The staff were friendly, and while the room was small, it was functional. The bathroom was clean. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Bad customer service

This hotel was impeccably clean. Despite many reviews mentioning bed bugs and other issues in Parisian hotels, I was able to sleep peacefully. It was conveniently located near bus stops and the metro, and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. The front desk staff were always kind, and I had a very pleasant stay during my three-night stay. I didn't order breakfast. While there wasn't a kettle in the room, they kindly allowed me to boil water in the lounge and fill my own thermos. Incidentally, I bought my own bottled water to use with the boiled water. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The entire metal frame of the air vent fell down for no reason, hitting the toilet in the bathroom. I was on the bed at the time and avoided it, otherwise I would have been killed. I called the receptionist at the door to come in and take a look, and he only said that he would send someone to repair it tomorrow, without even an apology. I had noticed from the beginning that the metal frame was not securely fastened, but I never expected it to fall down.

Nothing to add. An exceptional stay. Very nice hotel, and the Argentina Metro station is just half a block away, connecting you to everything.
