The staff were warm and attentive. Room 501 was spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Gare de l'Est, making it super easy and quick to get around by metro, train, or high-speed rail. There are also many great restaurants nearby.

It is quite used hotel. Breakfast is ok, but you expect better with 4star. Area surrounding hotel is not pkeasant, so it’s only an option when you need to take an early train from gate l’est, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend

Room to small, not recommended even near the station, suggest find other hotel which more large with the same price

Good location and price. The room was quite small though and the fixtures were showing their age. The bed wasn’t comfortable sadly. The staff were very helpful whenever needed so can’t fault them on that front. They had the usual NH charm as well
