Fantastic! It's super close to the metro, and there are tons of places to eat and drink nearby. The area feels really safe. I'd definitely rebook this place again and again – for this price in Paris, it's unbeatable. A truly reliable brand.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. If you're staying for more than three days, it's definitely worth getting a weekly bus pass. The Line 13 subway station is literally ten steps to the right of the hotel entrance, though there are no elevators. Bus travel is also very handy, you can pretty much get anywhere within 20-30 minutes. The hotel's cleanliness is great, and I think my room got upgraded because it was quite spacious. I also asked the front desk if I could be on the same floor as my friends, and they happily accommodated. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. If you're not looking to stay in District 1 or 2, this area is incredibly convenient for accommodation. Safety is also good, with a Carrefour right downstairs. Plus, it's only a 6-minute walk to what I believe was awarded the best baguette in 2025!

There was poop on the bath towel! Poop! Poop! DO NOT STAY HERE! After showering, I used the towel to dry my hair, and a yellow stain floated past my eyes. Startled, I quickly checked and found a clear chunk of poop stuck on the bath towel, with a hair on it too!! I still can't bear to recall it!!! A nightmare!! After I reported that there was poop in the room, no one came to apologize, and no one came to change the linens. Later, through Trip.com, the hotel said it wasn't working hours, so they couldn't come immediately to change them. My request for a refund was denied; they only offered a complimentary breakfast as an apology, and even that was conveyed through Trip.com. I didn't accept the so-called breakfast, which is ridiculous. Even at checkout, no one ever apologized personally.

The hotel environment is great, the rooms are very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. You can get toiletries from the front desk. The location is excellent, right next to the subway station, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

The metro station is right downstairs, and the train station is nearby. Located in Paris's 15th arrondissement, it's safe, convenient, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside a subway station. However, this particular subway line isn't very convenient for major attractions, requiring transfers.
