The room isn't huge but it's well-equipped, and there's a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs. The location is great, not far from the subway station. The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite, and it was super convenient to order takeout at night. A happy trip!

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are showing their age, but the location is excellent! It's right near Galeries Lafayette and the Opera House, both within walking distance, and the metro is super convenient, probably a 5-minute walk. The area feels safe, and the service was very friendly. I'm quite satisfied.

Beyond its decent location, being close to several subway stations, this hotel has no other redeeming qualities. The service is terrible, the rooms are small, and housekeeping consistently forgets things – one day it's coffee pods, the next it's water. During our 6-night stay, we only received complimentary Cokes twice. The bath towels were always a mix of new and old, frayed ones. The breakfast is really poor with very limited options. All in all, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.
