The room was a bit small, and the toilet was a bit iffy, but everything else was fine. The staff was even better than in Thailand, and the breakfast was delicious. The lighting could be adjusted to a more user-friendly setting, perhaps with dimming.

巴黎大名鼎鼎的宮殿級酒店，內部奢華典雅。酒店從步入大堂就非常舒適，細節處盡顯尊貴奢華。辦理入住的前台工作人員態度非常熱情。退房當天還給延遲到下午三點退房。每天早餐是最最享受的時光，在米其林餐廳內慢悠悠早餐咖啡，非常愜意。下次來巴黎還住這裏，地理位置很好，步行就到盧浮宮和旺多姆廣場，協和廣場。

酒店服務極好，從進門開始的寒暄，到禮賓部代買點心，至離店後的人工書寫的告別郵件，確實是酒店業之典範。辦理完入住後，專人帶至房間，門僮剛剛好通過員工通道帶行李在房門口等候，沒有直接拿進去，也沒有等介紹人員走後才來到，整個流程行雲流水，恰到好處。房間雖然有些老舊，淋雨區缺少手拿式花灑，但其服務與態度，彌足珍貴，完全可以代償設施的陳舊。
