Nice descent size room. Just confusing how to use the heater. No lift available so we struggle to take the luggage and stairs’ a bit narrow. But nice to have a free breakfast with loads of options and they got friendly staff too.

Good location. Just 2 minutes from M4 and 10 minutes walk to Denfert. You can ride a bike to the Louvre, only around 3 kilometers. Pleasant sorroundings. Room is small but it's Paris.

Let's start with the pros. The location is fantastic. The cleanliness and bedding are fantastic, thank you. Everything is new and clean, which is very important! The self-service check-in machine has Russian language support! Cons The breakfast is so-so. Sausage, cheese, coffee. Our room on the first floor was terrible, damp and moldy! It's simply dangerous to live there! The bathroom is dark. If you're overweight, you can't turn around in there. I'm not very fit and barely managed to put on my pajamas after a shower. But the main thing is that it's impossible to live in this climate, it's so damp. I had to open the window and turn on the air conditioner to ventilate the air.

The single room is tiny. The bed sags, making it impossible to sleep. I didn't get any rest in this room at all.

The location of this accommodation is very convenient, very close to the subway entrance, making travel very easy and fast. The heating in the room performs excellently, keeping the entire space warm and comfortable even in cold weather, making people feel relaxed. However, the staircase design of the accommodation is relatively small, which is a little inconvenient when carrying luggage, especially large luggage may make some collision noises during the transportation process. But overall the room was kept very clean and the fresh and tidy environment was impressive. If convenience and comfort are important to you, this is an option worth considering!

Very warm welcome, good breakfast, perfectly adequate facilities. The courtyard has a real charm. Very lively and pleasant area.

It's OK for one night, the room is a little bit worse, not very soundproof. It's not a 24-hour front desk, but there are staff uncles on duty, and they are very enthusiastic.
