Reviews of Hotel Opéra Marigny

overall its was very good. was very happy with our stay . room space was acceptable. staff is very friendly and helpful.

very friendly staff! many thanks to everyone)) cleaning was done every day. The location is perfect!! however, the variety at breakfast is not very big, we knew about it, so it did not spoil the impression for us))

There was a water leak from the ceiling in our room during our stay. When we reported the issue, the receptionist repeatedly said it was not his responsibility and offered very little assistance. I also emailed the hotel and was told they would get back to me promptly, but I have still not received any follow-up. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing.

Good small and friendly hotel. Location good staff perfect cleaning perfect. Small room
