I stayed here only during my 2 nights and 3 days trip to Paris. When I woke up on the first day, there were bug bite marks on my neck, but I thought it wasn't a bed bug so I just ignored it. But after some time, the hives spread to my arms. I was bitten by bed bugs while staying here. When I tried to save money by going to a cheaper place, I ended up paying several times more for treatment.
If you don't want to be like me, find a clean place, even if it means paying a little more.

I have returned home yesterday after a wonderful 3 days in Paris with my two sons. After reading negative reviews about the hotel I was a little worried. But there was no need to be worried at all! The hotel was PERFECT!! Location was great! 2 Metros are less than 5 minutes walk away. Great restaurant over the road and a shop for drinks etc a lovely bakery aswell! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and happy to help. Very lovely staff. The room was spacious, clean and beds very comfy. The hotel was overall a great place to stay. Thank you for having us. See you again. From room 5 😊

Absolutely horrible establishment with no sense of customer service. We were a group of 4 friends who booked 2 double rooms. We received blood stained blankets when we requested for new blankets. Room was not cleaned and consumables ( towels, tissue, showergel etc) were not replaced. One of the rooms had no fridge, no shower head and main lights were not working. When raising these issues we were met with cold, hostile receptionists, in particular the young boy who refused to disclose his name.

Clean and beautiful! Near centre and restaurant! Quart room! Bathroom is clean and beautiful mirror for women,and mean! TV shampoo and shower gel is! Clean bed sheets and wash! You can use coffee or tea 🫖! Phone and we fee and quality of service are very good

First of all, when we arrived, the receptionist was slumped on his seat with his legs crossed, then when we arrived in the room, we asked for a double bed and in the end we ended up with two single mattresses. then hair on the sheets suspicious brown stain on the curtains, then on the bathroom side faucet completely ripped out, very dirty shower and walls broken toilet bowl, and then, to top it all off, noise until 3 a.m. in the hotel (footsteps, people spoke excessively loud, doors slamming, laughing) given the price not at all acceptable. Furthermore, when we noticed the state of the room, we went down to alert the reception staff (still slumped in their chair, legs crossed on the desk) and they replied “ok, thank you”. Hotel very well located, close to the metro. Very pleasant bedding and no noise at night outside, we appreciated the small fridge included and the kettle with a few tea bags for the morning. Indeed, the cleaning remains to be desired (stained curtain, stain on the floor). Broken toilet seat and leaking faucet. The doors of rooms and corridors make a lot of noise, the hotel is not very well soundproofed.
