No hot water ! The first night, up until the next night there was no hot water so for more than 24 hours . There was not alternative room offered ,no refund, not even a little bit check out later ,absolutely nothing ! On top of that there was a consequetive noise from the above room clicking all night .Although the staff generally was kind ,but quite direct, the general stay in this hotel was unacceptable ! Too much money for not even having the basics ! ( a hot shower )

Very pleasant hotel close to Place de Clichy metro. Easy walk to the centre of Montmarte. Very pleasant staff , very helpful. Rooms are compact but clean. Recommended as a base for a weekend in Paris. Room was cleaned daily which was good. Plenty of little restaurants and bars in the street.

This hotel has wonderfully refurbished rooms with a lot of details like a bulleye between room and bathroom, nice shower, nice sink. The entrance hall is small but very wellcoming with chairs. The street is very calm but easy to reach from the metro station Place de Clichy. Given the price of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff definitely worth staying while in Paris.

I could give a good review because the hotel isn't bad, the problem is when they scam you by keeping the €100 deposit and when you ask for it back they literally laugh in your face. They don't even hesitate to show their contempt for me being Spanish.

What a disappointment! The hotel looks nice upon arrival, but the rooms are cramped with terrible ventilation in the bathroom. Thick patches of mold on the grout and tiles—absolutely disgusting. After I reported it to reception, the gentleman said he would personally look into it, but I think he literally did. He didn't follow up; in fact, I found him utterly disinterested and obligatory. The mold was still in the shower. The breakfast ladies did their best to serve the meager breakfast. The location suggested it was in Montmartre, but far from it. There are some nice restaurants nearby, but we found the metro connections inconvenient for the sights. We will never return and strongly advise against this hotel!

An excellent value for money in the heart of Paris. Montmartre is easily accessible from anywhere in the city. The rooms are a bit small, but they're definitely clean and comfortable. They may not be the best in terms of friendliness, but that's a French trait. Overall, it's definitely an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful, very warm welcome, close to lots of activities, excellent restaurant, and the premises are spotlessly clean. We had access to a terrace and a gym, and the staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.
