The hotel’s location and room cleanliness were average. It is an older property, and the room design feels outdated, with a predominantly red theme. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely friendly and kindly upgraded our room. Overall, an acceptable stay with good service but dated facilities.

Very good location! Convenient to all sight seeing places either in walking distance or by metro/train. For someone loves to see Eifel tower in the night with beautiful lights, this hotel is highly recommended, as it is almost at the foot of the Eifel tower. We could walk in the park of Eifel every evening after dinner and enjoy the Light-show.
Hotel is clean and well equipped. Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was as good as it gets.

Warning to all travelers planning to stay at this hotel: I experienced the most terrifying night of my trip here, and the hotel's handling of the situation completely shattered my trust.
The Incident: In the early hours of the morning, my room door was repeatedly and violently pounded on by a stranger. Terrified, I immediately called the front desk for help. However, their response was suffocatingly indifferent—they simply told me "don't open the door," without sending anyone to check, calling the police, or offering any explanation. Completely isolated and helpless, this horrific harassment continued from midnight until 2 or 3 a.m., leaving me frozen in fear all night in my room.
The Hotel's Shameful Response: The next day, due to severe security anxiety, I requested an early check-out with a reasonable explanation. The hotel's attitude was nothing but perfunctory evasion and excuses, dismissing it as "an accident" and categorically refusing any refund or compensation. They completely failed to recognize that their inaction when a guest's safety was clearly threatened constituted a major dereliction of duty.

1. The hotel has serious security vulnerabilities, allowing outsiders to easily enter guest room floors and harass guests for extended periods.
