Dirty hotel, employees do not care about you. You make the reservation by the picture of the room and when you get there, they are totally different rooms. The bathrooms are from 1900, the room is dirty, the TV doesn't work, there is no hair dryer. WORST. And to make it worse, they charged me TWICE and they don't want to give me the money back.

The rooms were disgusting. Mould on the ceilings, hair on the bed, bathroom door did not lock, alongside that the light did not work in the bathroom, the TV also was in-operational. The staff were also unbelievably rude, when asked for a earlier check in they told us to leave and come back later and even then they made us wait when we came back. No wifi what so ever. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great location very close to a metro station, the rooms a bit small but I mean it’s paris my only thing will be the breakfast it was a bit limited other than that the staff was very nice and I would say that it’s nice hotel if you go with your friends!

Petit hôtel parisien sans chichis ,un peu vieillot, mais nous hier ,avons été très bien accueillis ,et du personnel qui parle anglais ,la chambre est meublée juste le nécessaire, oh la rafraîchir un peu ,la salle de bain ,bon il faudrait un peu la rajeunir ,mais il y a ce qu il faut ,nous il manquait un drap de bain ,mais bon, c était propre ,la literie excellente ,l hôtel est bien placé, le sacré cœur etc pas très loin ,une station de métro, les gares proches ,on ne vie pas dans la chambre ,je reviendrai c est certain ,merci au personnel de leur sympathie

Hotel com preço justo para os preços praticados em Paris, quarto ok só para dormir. PORÉM, os ratos dormem com você todos os dias, no primeiro dia escutamos barulho no banheiro e voltamos a dormir, no dia seguinte vimos 2 ratos passando por debaixo da porta do banheiro e vindo para o quarto. Pesadelo e noite mal dormida, resultado, tivemos que mudar de hotel e o tempo que ficamos aqui tivemos que colocar a toalha embaixo da porta. Preço justo para Paris Atendimento ruim Quarto ok Limpeza Péssima Serviço como toalha, roupa de cama péssimo Localização muito boa Se você pretende apenas dormir (com ratos te visitando a noite) boa sorte!

Una muy desagradable experiencia. Ya desde mi llegada me di cuenta de que no iba a ser como esperaba, me encontré un hotel anticuado, polvoriento y desaliñado. La habitación aunque amplia, no se corresponde con las fotos que tienen en su web. Paredes oscuras y poca luz por la suciedad de las ventanas. Al meterme en la cama me encuentro con pelos rizados y negros y las manchas de la foto que adjunto. Tras decirlo en recepción me dan otras sabanas para que hiciese yo la cama y no me cambiaron de habitación. Al día siguiente se lo dije al manager y solo me ofreció unas disculpas. NUNCA VOLVERÉ.

Non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, ho dovuto chiedere per gli asciugamani, non c'è phone, non fanno pulizia. Sono stati 3 notti non sono mai venuto a fare pulizia o a mettere biancheria pulita Andrebbe bene per 1 notte, ma non in famiglia
