The hotel was conveniently located near the metro, but it wasn’t the cleanest.

Pros: clean, every day te clean the room, close to Sacre Couer and metro stations, shops, bars, flexible luggage storage. Perfect for pair days to have a place where you can sleep. Cons: you can hear your neighbor, in an intim situation also, if you want it or not😀 The room is really small, mostly the shower, a bigger man nearly could shower.

The bathroom is really small but everything is clean. If you are tall and big, you might have trouble with taking shower;) The bed is a very standard single bed, quite soft but a bit small for tall people to be honest. The location is really nice, feel very safe. There are many local bakeries around as well. Free luggage storage. Overall satisfied.

Service are really bad. Girl at reception were really nice but security guard and night receptionist were really racist.

There is a good bakery in-front of the hotel. The location is okay. Kind of felt far for me because I had a heavy luggage bag. Reception is very friendly and nice. Neighborhood is okay. Hotel room is very compact and elevator sound is huge. You can also literally hear people in the hall ways. Anyways thanks for the stay!

Location was very central meaning easy to use as a base to all of paris, very close to train station but not in main road meaning very quiet on evening. Very narrow/small bathroom but clean, whilst using the toilet you will be in contact with the sink. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Basic and good location

The first time I stayed here, the room and the service was very good. However, the second time I stayed here, there were a lot of ants crawling on the wall which was very uncomfortable. The staff that helped me check in was very helpful and kind.

The location is not bad, 10 minutes from the Cadet metro station and 15 minutes walk from the Saint-Lazare station. The hotel is clean, the room has everything you need, normal furniture, good Wi-Fi

We arrived last night late at 11pm the receptionist gave us a key when we went up the bed was unmade, wet towels on the bed, full trash, tissues everywhere, we went back down to see the receptionist he doesn't understand he gave us another very small room I think less than 10m2, the mattress of very poor quality it wasn't flat we found ourselves in the middle we had back pain in the morning, and as for cleaning I think the cleaning lady doesn't know how to use a cloth and to top it all off stained duvet cover and stained mattress cover too a shame to rent this, no WiFi and no TV remote control in terms of soundproofing you can hear everything I should have looked at the comments of other travelers 😱😱😱 Sincerely Me Canape Christelle
