The hotel has a great location, right next to the Eiffel Tower, with a view of the tower from the window. It's an old-style apartment building; the rooms are clean, but you can tell they're getting old. The front desk closes at 6 PM, so if you arrive late, be sure to contact the hotel in advance to avoid check-in difficulties. Although the hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower, you still need to be careful. The security situation in France is really bad these days. We were very cautious and managed to avoid pickpockets, but we encountered a fake police officer near the hotel. This wasn't mentioned on previous social media posts. We only realized we'd been robbed of cash after leaving France, and after reviewing our records, we discovered it was a fake police officer. I only found out about this kind of thing on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), and it happens frequently in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre areas. This is a reminder for future guests choosing this hotel.

I booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower because I wanted to see the Eiffel Tower illuminated while enjoying a drink – that would be the perfect experience. However, it's an older building with a tiny elevator and poor Wi-Fi. The cleaning was also quite inadequate, with dust everywhere. For the price, it's really expensive, but I booked it specifically for the Eiffel Tower.

The location is excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower with a view. The room is fully equipped and spacious, a rare find in Paris, making it feel more like home than a typical hotel.

Each room has a bathroom, 10 points convenient, next to the Eiffel Tower, only 10 minutes walk, convenient location, washing machine and dryer in the room, 10 points suitable for long-distance travel, but there are no restaurants nearby, but close to the Eiffel Tower is enough 

2023. 9. 20 ~9.21~ Our Korean family of 5 had a great stay for 2 nights in a superior 3-bedroom. I realized how happy it was to be able to see the famous Eiffel Tower at a glance while lying on the living room sofa and looking up at it right in front of my eyes. And sleeping in a luxury Parisian apartment built in the 19th century 100 years ago in the 21st century was truly a cinematic experience.^^ The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk) ). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are of high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

A very satisfying stay. The room is very large, the bathroom with separate dry and wet rooms is very tidy, and the shampoo and soap provided are of good quality. The living room is large, complete with sofa and dining table. The kitchen can be used. My breakfast and dinner are cooked in the apartment, which is really convenient. The apartment is very close to the Eiffel Tower, only a five-minute walk away. It is within ten minutes' walk from Metro Line 6. The location is really good!

The location is great! Right under the tower! Ottoman style architecture! It was quiet at night and had a great sleep! The toiletries are all nuxe! It’s so happy to see the illuminated iron tower on the balcony! There are various restaurants nearby and you can buy bread for breakfast! Perfect perfect! Service: The service is also very good. The staff are very nice. If you call them in advance to book a check-in time at night, you can store your luggage when you check out and pick it up when you leave.
