The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main scenic spots. However, the hotel is quite old and the facilities are lacking, with shared bathrooms, only a thin blanket provided, and broken drawers. That said, if your priority is minimizing travel time to the attractions, this hotel is a convenient choice.

The service is very good, the room is clean, but the sound insulation is not good

I was a bit nervous about going on my first solo trip, but the staff here made me feel so at ease. They were really helpful with any questions I had and the room was lovely. I would really recommend, not only due to the staff and the hotel itself, but also the location. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which was really nice.

Over all loved it! There is some truth to the negative comments for which reason this place is not for you, but for us it was perfect! We were on the top floor it true a lot of steps but we survived! The room was cute and very spacious with its own bathroom and toilet! Lucky because otherwise we wouldn’t have enjoyed our time, but it was a nice room! we could park our car so that was also super good! Location is excellent you really can’t ask for anything better in Paris! Those who says it’s noisy: yes it is but you cannot expect to be in the middle of the city and have no noise at all. Over all we loved it, but it is not for everyone if you are a picky person I definitely recommend to stay somewhere else if ur easy going this is ur place

Excellent location. For the rest, maintenance needs to be reviewed, there is no wardrobe in the room, cleaning is not perfect. There is no TV, elevator, the bathroom is not heated. The staff is kind and helpful. The price is high if compared to the conditions of the hotel.

Very warm welcome, attentive staff, friendly and good advice. Clean room in a pleasant neighborhood and super well located for visiting Paris and going out... Good value for money.

So well located in this neighborhood that I love... rooms all different and full of charm.. and it doesn't matter if there is no breakfast because the charm of Paris is also having your coffee in the cafes that are nearby.

Das Beste war die Lage im lebendigen Viertel St. Germain. Personal war auch sehr nett. Es war sauber. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock, Nr. 9 war 15 m² ausreichend groß mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten. Zwei einzelne Betten. Leider keine Steckdose im Bad zum Haare fönen; Fön muss an der Rezeption erfragt werden. Kein Schrank (bei 1 Woche lebten wir aus dem Koffer). Zu wenige Ablageflächen. Nichts um Kleider aufzuhängen, von der Tür fielen sie immer runter. Licht im Bad zu dunkel. Dusche: Brausekopf konnte nicht eingehangen werden, weil er nicht passte, musste in der Hand gehalten werden. Duschvorhang unten abgenutzt. Aber es gab ein Bidet. Sehr hellhörig, wenn im Nachbarzimmer jemand redet, alles zu hören. Ansonsten ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Im Garten und auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen. Koffer konnten bis nachmittags abgestellt werden. Preis zu hoch, aber zu dieser Zeit war nichts Günstiges zu bekommen.

Prestation dans l'ensemble trop juste. Certes, le tarif est très correct pour st Germain des prés à Paris et certes l'accueil est sympathique, le bureau d'accueil décoré dans un style attrayant, et l'emplacement top. Néanmoins, il conviendrait de préciser lors de la réservation qu'il n'y a ni TV, ni petit déjeuner proposé. ce qui rend le séjour et la chambre tristounette. L'isolation sonore et thermique est vraiment trop juste. Et surtout, la propreté est insuffisante, les deux photos ci-joint en attestant, qu'il s'agisse d'un lavabo mal nettoyé ou d'une grille d'aération scotchée grossièrement..
