Deluxe room was absolutely beautiful with stunning views over Paris rooftops! And the staff was so lovely and welcoming.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in Paris. Safe location, close to tourist attractions and amazing bars and cafes down the street. The staff are super friendly, helpful and provide a delicious breakfast.

We were a little skeptical at first, never been in a”no hotel” before, but, it worked out pretty well. Nice fresh breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre-Dame ( 20 mns)Nearby restaurants and shopping. CLEAN ROOM!

I would like to take this moment to inform anyone, never to book at this venue again. Airconditioning is malfunctioning and making an absurd noise every ~ 45 seconds, in your room, in the central area and I could even hear it coming from other rooms. They even put earplugs in your room, instead of fixing the problem which I already had experienced in august 2024 also (reviews mention the same issue since atleast 2023). It's a pitty I cannot upload a video. The real question is if this is healthy as the airco seemingly is never cleaned or being maintenanced. Curtains are hanging loose, also stated in 2024 to see not fixed in 2025. As I asked for a refund I was offered another stay without airco, while there is a heatwave this sounds like a bad joke. It should be investigated if this property should even be rented out as it clearly lacks basic comfort

Small rooms with tiny elevator, air conditioning that was substandard and no one on property to assist. Breakfast was okay (continental) but nothing was cold or hot-just room temps. Under $300 a night in Paris, I guess this is what you get. Good location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Stay away - Tinah Paris Champs-Élysées is a bait-and-switch disaster. I booked this hotel based on its advertised amenities: breakfast included, city views, and clean, comfortable rooms. What I got was none of the above. • Breakfast was canceled last-minute due to “new management” - conveniently after cancellation was no longer possible. • Our “city view” room looked onto a courtyard and a drainpipe. False advertising at its finest. • Room hygiene was awful - dirty floors, hair in the bed, empty soap containers. • Cigarette smoke from other guests drifted into our room despite a so-called non-smoking policy. The hotel promised a refund for just the breakfast - which I never received. Every attempt to get a proper response was met with silence or copy-paste replies. No accountability. No apology. No resolution. This place doesn’t care about guests - only bookings. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
