Cesspool water flooded the bedroom at night. We couldn't breathe because of the very bad smell in the room, we felt discusting from the smell. Even though we closed the door of the room, the smell surrounded the whole house. I hope it doesn't get germs. When we informed the employee about the situation,he said to open the window and sleep in livingroom . I save the all message . He didn’t try to solve or say any excuse . He was very rude When I said , please find a solution , it smell very bad how can ı sleep it not safe you don’t care, ı will complain to booking com , he said leave the house , by saying go away at 11 pm at night. I said how dare you, my daughter scared and begin to cry and he run away. There is a disrespectful, rude and insolent employee, do not stay there, your room will suddenly flood with toilet water and you will not be able to stop the smell, and you will encounter the disrespectful and rude attitude of the employee. By the way, there are caterpillars everywhere, on the walls, in my bed and in my ceiling, and they have bitten the children. The location is very good, but do not stay in this apartment choosing others this location .
