Hotel du Petit Moulin

We stayed for Easter to explore Paris. This is the cutest little hotel in Le Marais. We booked through SLH and got a good rate and a small welcoming gift when we arrived. The hotel decor is absolutely stunning and impeccably well kept and clean. The room was spacious with great beds, closet space, coffee and tea making machine and fresh bottle of water every day. The bathroom was luxurious with black tiles, amenities and a lot of space for all your toiletries. The breakfast is typically French with bread, pastries, yoghurts and soft boiled eggs. Good quality food and cosy breakfast room which is also a bar/lounge in the evening. Location is great within Le Marais surrounded by restaurants and shops and also close to the metro.

I cannot say enough nice things about Hôtel du Petit Moulin. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and honor bar were well tended with high quality selections. They sent fresh flowers to my room right after I checked in. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and quiet. Obviously well-decorated too. Please, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay at this one-of-a-kind hotel.

The hotel is charming and well-kept; the staff was very helpful and courteous and the rooms were quiet, while on the small side.

A real find for us - great location, extremely comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Our room was at the top accessed by the lift with a short stair case to the 4th floor. It was one of the larger rooms with a sizeable bathroom with a large walk in shower. Fabulous funky decor through out. A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro. So much to see and do in the area with plenty of unique shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel du Petit Moulin is a wonderful boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff - we're already planning a return visit next year.

Location in the Marais was great. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located at a quiet street in Le Marais . The delux room is spaciouse. The bathroom is great . The bed is comfy. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only thing that could be improved are the pillows. Anyhow we enjoyed our stay and whould definately reccommend this lovelly hotel.

I booked the Hotel du Petit Moulin when it was still affiliated with Hyatt. Immediately after I booked, I received an email that this hotel was no longer a part of Hyatt. I thought about canceling my booking and choosing another Hyatt or Marriott property in Paris to get points, but with the good reviews on here and the hotel's reputation, I decided to go ahead and stay. I was very disappointed with the experience at the hotel almost immediately when we arrived in Paris. Prior to arriving, the hotel offered a car from the airport to the property. It was booked through a third party company. Due to the hotel's high rating, I expected it would be a high-end vehicle and professional pick up. Instead, I had a guy show up in jeans and a wrinkled shirt who drove me in his dirty car (two half used bottles of water were in the backseat, as well as a dirty napkin). Upon arrival, reception was very kind and gave me a lovely check-in, welcoming me and explaining all of the features of the hotel. The hotel is very cute and charming. Once I got to the room, I was disappointed again. Before arriving, the hotel sent me an email asking if I needed anything special. I filled out the form and requested some wine and treats for the room. There was nothing in the room when I arrived and it never showed up. The room itself is very cool and funky with whimsical decor by Christian Lacroix. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and I loved the windows that opened to the outside. The bathroom was surprisingly large and offered plenty of towels and a wonderful heated towel rack. The next disappointments came from housekeeping. On the second day, the room was serviced, but they didn't pick up some of the trash or the used wine glasses. On the third day, housekeeping didn't clean the room at all, despite my having the sign out to make up the room. The night reception gentleman had to come to the room and give me towels and take out my trash. Finally, on the day we checked out, reception called to ask if I needed help with luggage. I said yes, please. No one ever came to the room. This hotel has a fun style and is in a great area. It's in the middle of wonderful shops and restaurants and within walking distance to some of the great parts of the city. However, for $500+/night, the service elements that were missed made this a property I would not return to. I won't be back. I switched to the Renaissance Republique and had a much better stay.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great location near shops and restaurants. Metro is very close but so much is within walking distance. Very helpful staff. I requested a specific room, which I got. Fresh flowers, champagne and chocolate in room on arrival. Will definitely stay again.

A small and charming hotel in the heart of the Marais. We loved how kind the staff were and they really went out of their way to make our honeymoon in Paris very special. Our room was very comfortable and we loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants and markets nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel especially to couples.
