My partner and I are not too picky with hotels. We want the basics, such as an affordable, clean room with the basic amenities. However, it was hard to get just that. We got the affordability but it came with having to ask for clean towels (it was clear they tried to have us reuse the old ones by just putting them on the heaters to dry), also there wasn't always someone there in the very small lobby, the shower took forever to drain and the water in the bathroom took a while to get warm. Additionally, there was one day when the maid didn't show up. To be fair, we did leave a little later than usual in the morning (late 10, early 11 am, and their checkout time is 11:30 am, the latest) but in my experience, the maid would always come back, but that didn't happen for us here. The pictures certainly make the hotel look a lot better than it is and I wish I saw some of the other bad reviews before booking a stay here.

Beware of This Hotel – Absolutely Disgusting! I cannot warn people enough about this place! From the moment I checked into my room, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The bed was absolutely FILTHY—stains on the sheets, and worst of all, BED BUGS. Yes, actual bed bugs crawling on the bed! To make things even worse, I discovered this at 3 AM, and there was no one at the reception to address the issue. When I finally managed to speak with someone later, they were shockingly calm about it, as if this was a normal occurrence. It’s clear they have no standards for hygiene or guest comfort. I spent the night itching and terrified of what else I might find. This hotel is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy!

I am writing this in response to a devastating experience I have encountered with this hotel. We booked this for our honeymoon, and were looking forward to this stay. After recent reviews had been posted on google of bed bugs in this establishment by several guests, it worried me to immediately refund this and book somewhere else as the occassion is for me and my wife's honeymoon, and the last thing we want is a bed bug issue to ruin our special occassion. I've attached screenshots of my chat with the hotel, and you can see the poor communication on their front, as well as lack of concern regarding the bed bugs issues which can be seenon numerous google reviews. Any decent hotel chain would consider such a mitigating circumstance, and the fact that previous guests have flagged this should make them more cautious and willing to resolve. The responses from the hotel can be seen as very vague and poor in resolving the issue, in fact they're blatantly ignoring my requests. I am a verified google reviewer, and always post the most transparent for my following. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, as you can see from the screenshots, there is a lack of customer service and initiative to resolve such a huge problem. I would recommend to book elsewhere else with caring customer service and service for the fee you are paying. This establishment does not give quality in the rooms from the various reviews, nor do they respond to resolve such a big issue nor do they rectify or look to resolve down a different route. I would NOT recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.

I woke up at around 3 a.m to find a bed bug crawling across my bed. I was told that I could not be moved to a new room because they were fully booked and that they would “clean” the room. They also said they would not refund me for the night that I stayed. There was no offer to launder my clothing and it was very difficult to reach hotel management. Please save your belongings (and your sanity) and avoid staying at this hotel.

There was no Elevator!! and the stairs were very narrow and spiral. It was difficult to get the luggage up the stairs. Also the WIFI did not work. VERY noisy. Service was bad However, the was steps from the Metro, and close to shops.
