Dirty, filth. Uncleaned from the person before us, sure the bed was made and towels were folded, but toilet bin was full when we got in of overfilled sanitary products, hair all over the shower walls, a sticky smelling substance on the sink, a totally uncleaned bathroom with worst of all a dirty pair of underwear on the floor. I don’t think the cleaner bothered to go into the bathroom, we complained but to no avail as for the entire time we were there (even through Sunday the day the rooms are supposed to be cleaned) the room was never offered to be cleaned, totally unhygienic, unsanitary and not really appealing to cold-welcomed guests. Sure it’s a budget hotel and we didn’t pay a hefty price to stay in this accommodation, but for the price we did pay at least clean your bathrooms at your hotel. Or change the sheets after the last person, we don’t own that black strand of hair in the sheets. It really doesn’t cost too much to buy a few gallons of bleach to keep your hotel up to a hygienic standard. Food was, okay, if you’re a starved tourist after a 17 hour bus journey, but honestly please label your food correctly, pancakes are not hash browns. On the first night me and my group were so underwhelmed with the options for food that we resorted to eating a few pieces of bread dipped into olive oil, starved afterwards we did wait an hour and a half for delivered food. Coffee is decent, location decent although sometimes rowdy at night, very thin walls between rooms, noise complaints will be made if you want to play your music at like half volume out of an iPhone. Keycard rule is pretty atrocious, 50 euro fine if you lose a 50 cent costing keycard to your room? What profit scheme is this, thankfully we didn’t have to pay this fine as we didn’t lose it. But one of them didn’t work anyway, so it’s obviously not worth 50 euro quality. Anyway, decent budget hotel if you want to sleep somewhere in Paris for a decently cheap price, but I’d bring a sleeping bag and bring my own cleaning supplies to wash up after the person before me. That’s all, thanks for the stay. Please try to improve for your next customers, CLEAN THE BATHROOMS!
