Great location for couples and solo travel . The property is close to tourist locations and also the train station. There is a small park next to the property. Farly quite place

Location is quite accessible to the Metro station and it is pretty safe to walk at night after enjoying a long day exploring the city. There’s also quite few groceries to go to also to get some snackies or drinks so it is very convenient. You can also see a bit of the Eiffel Tower from the street you would walk into. For the hotel, it can be quite tricky - better work on the details you need to fill In before check in otherwise you will have an issue getting your passcode to enter the building and to your assigned room. There’s also a personnel you could speak to in the reception. They also provide a water dispenser which is quite useful as there’s no regular housekeeping services. If you want a housekeeping service, this is available as you need to book it in advance for a fee.

I should have known something was off when the room didn't have any curtains, and no one seemed to know where they had gone, but I stayed in the room anyway. Two days later I woke up to bites on my fingers and neck. Flipping my pillow over, I was greeted by a bed bug. Unfortunately, I now know I'm one of those people who have severe reactions to these bug bites. I had to go to the doctor once I was back stateside because of the severity of the bites. This coupled with throwing away my suitcase and other items that are notorious for bringing back the bugs, paying to professionally clean my clothes, permanent scars on my arms and upper torso, and Sonder has barely been responsive about compensation. I have sent several emails and gotten little response. When I called Sonder, it was clear they didn't even have any of the photographic or video evidence I sent to them on file. I do not feel Sonder took this situation seriously, and I will never stay at a Sonder again because of their low standards and poor customer service.
