Chicken was raw, potato was raw, loads of hair in the food, broccoli was moldy and when I asked for a new portion that would be up to standard, they replied, "no that looks fine" absolutely disgusting food don't get food from here. Also was black mold everywhere.

absoulty terible found a half eaten slice of pizza under my pillow not happy at all wont be returning and the pizza wasnt even nice i mean if ur going to leave it make it be nice like what !

4/5 great for this money . It was clean, it was located in a quiet place, too far awar from the city center, but taxi is possible. The room was fine and clean for 4 girls. The bathroom was okay with soap and shampoo. The breakfast was really good. I had a good time and spent just a little money per night

I have been to many countries, but I have never felt as unwelcome as I did in this hotel. The room had no fridge. The shower was basically the entire bathroom—when I took a shower, the water stayed all over the floor, making it difficult to stand there without slippers. They should have at least provided a mop or something. The window let in drafts because it didn’t close properly. And as for the reception staff, I have no words—the most disgusting people I have ever encountered in my life. We asked for a fork from the kitchen because we had bought some pastries, and the answer was a firm no. Whatever we asked for or needed to use, the answer was always no. There was no designated smoking area except outside, on the ground floor. And breakfast? Just croissants, butter, jam, and coffee. For the amount of money we paid, it was truly disappointing. But overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my life—and the worst experience in this country. I will definitely never return. They already replied to the feedback I left on Booking. Their response was just as rude. In fact, they even started checking where else I had left negative comments. With my own money, they checked why I was unhappy?
Response from Property: Greetings, When you book a room please look at the photo and equipment list of the hotel, because we never tell our customer we had fridge in our rooms. Regarding the bathroom and more in general , our facility is fully adapted to accommodate people with motor disabilities, which means we have to comply with precise specifications. We can't allow people to have cutlery in room because of security and because of international rules, you normally can't eat in the room. In France, we don't have "room for smoking" execpt outside.

I went here in 2022 So the food, the worst most disgusting excuse for food I had ever seen, the bread literally chipped the plate It is not okay. Two of my three roommates got food poisoning, the curtains didn't close, the TV didn't work, the window didn't lock and it really needed to because of the riots about 100 metre away. Sort it out please, it was not ok.

Ye so I went about two years ago and let's just say you could build a house with the bread, the tv didn't work and several roommates got food poisoning. It really messed up the trip . Bead was dirty and stained with marks on pillows. The whole place was empty. Despite this the staff were nice and friendly with the man at the front desk being the nicest. Sorry but still one star

5 minute walk to porte de bagnolet the best metro station (the one as you turn left out of the hotel is a little rough) It was clean, staff were so helpful and lovely and it was very warm inside. We stopped here in July and when we came back did the Xmas markets we were happy enough to stay here again. The breakfast is really tasty, and for the money it’s great! Would recommend

Alright I’m so sorry but the food. I came here on a school trip and the food was so inedible I had to resort to school snack scraps. I was told the meat was chicken when it was ham. Severe safety hazard. They do not wash main pillows and as a shortish person I whacked my head on the very short bed frame. mattressis as flat as pancake very uncomfortable, would appreciate thicker mattresses.

Awful, stay alway. The food is disgusting not even edible plates aren’t clean neither is cutlery staff are rude unwelcoming and nasty and there are not enough tables to sit at rooms are alright but windows don’t open correctly beds creak and to warm in room don’t come here …

This place was horrible. The food was disgusting and tasted really bad. The cutlery and plates weren’t that clean. The pillow in the room was alright but it was small and square shaped (not rectangular) and the beds creaked with the smallest of movements. The shower made water go all over the bathroom floor so if you weren’t wearing shoes and needed the toilet or something your feet or socks got wet. It also smelt really badly in the bathroom. The staff were rude and were not welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend going here. STAY AWAY!!!

The food was terrible the chicken was pink the service was horrible. The mash was green and bland. The outward appearance is like a prison the lack of ac left the rooms not able to sleep in the tvs don’t work

The chicken was pink. The mash was green. It smelt bad in the canteen. The service was terrible and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, this was a terrible stay and would try to avoid if at all possible

Residence near the subway, nothing exceptional to stay 1/2 nights. Basic room, there is not even a wardrobe, the bathroom really basic, not even a shower curtain, bed quite comfortable. Price is good considering the quality. The place is in a quiet area. Basic breakfast like a company canteen.

Let's just say it right away, this establishment is really if there is nothing else available... After that, if it's just to sleep for a few hours, it can pass. Quite cold welcome, generally icy atmosphere, non-existent decor, in the corridors you completely think you are in a hospital or a rest home. The rooms are extremely basic and with permanent air conditioning that we don't know how to manage or turn off, I won't tell you about the noise and the cold all night long! The only small positive point is that it is rather clean, fortunately! The breakfast is very minimalist. A parking space had been reserved for me on the site but when I got there, there was no more space available, I had to park outside. Luckily, nothing happened to my car, otherwise I won't tell you what a scandal it would have been. Anyway, the only thing I wanted was for the day to come and for me to be able to leave this establishment. So in conclusion, if really, I mean really, there is no more room elsewhere, ok it's ok for one night and a few hours. But avoid as much as possible and therefore I do not recommend this hotel at all.
