Hotel Off Paris Seine

A positive surprise. After reading many reviews, we had some concerns about whether the hotel would actually be good, and maybe that’s exactly why it surprised us in such a positive way. It’s a really nice, modern and fancy place. The heated pool, open 24 hours, was an amazing option because we could use it in the middle of the night after coming back from a full day of sightseeing. It has a unique atmosphere. And the pool it’s definitely not as small as some people described it. The rooms themselves were great as well, although it’s true that they are not very large. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, which is currently a 2/5. In our case, it ended up being just coffee with a croissant and a few pastries.

It's very special to observe the boats passing on the Seine. The room was very quiet, I could not hear anything from the other rooms. There is a disco boat on the other side of the river but if you close the windows you cannot hear the music . Nice design and even if the room was small there was everything needed. Bathroom had enough place for the trousse and the bottles etc. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft as often in Paris, I slept very well. The staff is very polite, specially the cleaning staff. The restaurant is very nice but they serve only charcuterie and cheese, no cooked meals or salads are on the menu. In the neighbourhood of the hotel there are not many nice restaurants or cafes but it is easy to move around with metro, buses and walking. 

Very disappointed with this Hotel I contacted the the agent to inform them that due to my wife being unwell we would not be able to travel not only would the hotel not give us a refund as per there policy when booking they charged us an additional fee of £126.68 for failing to check in.

Location isn’t too bad but it’s a bit far away from anywhere of interest. The novelty of being on a hotel on water isn’t really worth the vacuum toilet system and the loud noises from piping/ducts elsewhere in the hotel

Unique hotel. Rooms are very small. Staff are young and friendly. If you are very prone to motion sickness, better to pick a hotel on land.

Advice: if you have a problem, you are on your own. Hotel will take your money and won't help. I was very excited to try this hotel first and then coming back again with my family. I noticed they had like some river cruising and other nice stuff plus nice food. WOULD I EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL? NO WAY :( Unfortunately I had issues with my flight (I missed it) and couldn't make it to the hotel. I paid in advance and the hotel did not refund a single porcentage, nothing not even 20% , of the 200 dollars I paid for the room, nor even offered credits or book for a different date. I understand they have policies (which I consider abusive to the user) I wish I would have checked better before booking. Thanks to trip costumer service for being kind with me in this ugly situation.
