I spent there 3 nights from the 21st to the 24th of September, when I arrived I found the bed sheets stained, I spoke with the cleaning lady, she told me that I need to make a complaint, she didn't even bother to change them. In the room and exactly in the toilet there is an unbearable smell which came from the pipeline I think, I made a complaint to the housekeeper she told me that she knows about it and she will transmit it to the superiors, ... Nothing changed during the stay, they didn't even call to apologize because they knew there was a problem and they rented anyway, the third day I had my check out I sent a message to say that I have to leave to go to the airport can they bring breakfast around 7 a.m. instead of 8 a.m., I received no response and even the lady who answered me in the morning was not not at all professional.. very disappointed. I paid €780 for 3 days for a room which is frankly not worth that value.. smell, stained bed sheets and unresponsive customer service..
