The location was great, it was a bit outside of the center, easily to reach by car, and lots of options for public transport. We booked two rooms for two nights, in one of the rooms the heating was broken, which was a big issue since it was freezing and snowing outside with temperatures of -3°C. We reported the broken heating to the staff a total of 3 times, they ""noted it" but didn't do anything. We were not booked into another room with working heating, neither did we get a discount or (partial) refund. Overall would have been an OK stay, if it wasn't for the broken heating.

The train station is next to the hotel, which is convenient, but if the room faces the station, it can be quite noisy. The breakfast is average, without any special options. The staff are not very friendly or helpful; they tend to be dismissive with any requests and do not offer any assistance, which is very disappointing."

Great location, perfect for families who need the use of the oven or the fridge for babies like I needed to heat milk and wash baby bottles. The hotel can do with slight maintenance as the wardrobe door was broken, the bin was broken and some meltal thing was coming off the fridge that ripped my dress. It says parking was available but we had to pay for it.

There are more equipment than expected, including a dishwasher and a microwave. However, perhaps foreign hotels are more environmentally friendly and do not provide disposable utensils. However, the service attitude of the hotel staff is still very good, and they greeted us when we entered and left.

It was a great room with a handy kitchenette. The location is close to shops and restaurants and very close to the RER and bus lines. So you can be in the city center within 20 minutes.

Although we were assigned a last room, it was very clean and the bed was spotless. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. The soundproofing was also very good; it was quiet for all three nights we stayed.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with a bus stop and subway station just a 5-minute walk away. There is also a supermarket. The room is equipped with a microwave, cooking utensils and tableware. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed them. However, the hotel did not provide slippers and toothbrushes, so we had to bring our own.

Nice, modern, and new accommodation. The location is right next to the train station. The rooms were clean. Check-in went smoothly.

We had booked a room for four people for three nights three months ago and paid on 10/26-1029. After our two friends left, we had a room for two people for two nights. The payment was made three months ago. When my friend left, the counter asked us to pay the city tax from 10/29 to 10/31 and we paid it. We went to the ballet on the evening of 10/29 and came back at 10pm. There was no one at the counter to help us get into the room and we couldn't get the card in. We called the counter and waited for 5 minutes before someone informed us that we couldn't get into the room. The counter had a bad attitude and asked why we didn't change our cards. I told the counter that I didn't work in a hotel. When I paid the city tax that day, two counter staff took our money and no one helped me add it. It's your fault but you're scolding us instead

We stayed for five days, and they would only clean the room after five days. The apartment hotel facilities are very good, and there are all kinds of kitchen utensils and tableware in the kitchen, but the room was not cleaned. If you ask, you have to pay extra, and you have to pay for garbage and towels. You have to take out the garbage yourself, and then ask them for towels and refills of toilet paper (the staff may not give them to you. We had to ask for them twice before we got the towels). The location is close to the city center and it takes 30 minutes to get there by car twice. An hour's drive away, there are many supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping.

Nothing to say, very clean and well served, I recommend.
