I would like to take this moment to inform anyone, never to book at this venue again. Airconditioning is malfunctioning and making an absurd noise every ~ 45 seconds, in your room, in the central area and I could even hear it coming from other rooms. They even put earplugs in your room, instead of fixing the problem which I already had experienced in august 2024 also (reviews mention the same issue since atleast 2023). It's a pitty I cannot upload a video. The real question is if this is healthy as the airco seemingly is never cleaned or being maintenanced. Curtains are hanging loose, also stated in 2024 to see not fixed in 2025. As I asked for a refund I was offered another stay without airco, while there is a heatwave this sounds like a bad joke. It should be investigated if this property should even be rented out as it clearly lacks basic comfort.

The room is spacious and quite clean. Location is great. We were provided with entry details before arriving, so we had no trouble checking in upon arrival. The only thing is the communication. Since the accommodation does not have anyone there (except the housekeeper) we sent messages out asking for help for the wi-fi connection problem, but received not much support in that regard. In general, we were happy with the condition of the accommodation.

Rekommenderar inte Ändrade förutsättningar efter bokning, bland annat att frukost inte ingick längre. Utan att informera gäst. Saknade städning g, oklarhet över kontakt till ansvarig för hotell. Hänvisar till Whatsapp, inget det stod vid bokningen. Dålig och knapphändig information vid self incheckning över hur nyckel/ kod och Wifi erhölls. Rum och läge helt okay.

Schönes Zimmer mit großem Bad inklusive Dusche und Badewanne. In ein paar Gehminuten hat man die Metro oder Busstationen erreicht. Frühstück war zwar bei der Reise inkludiert, vor Ort gab es dann überraschenderweise doch kein Frühstück. Reklamation wegen zusätzlichen Kosten dauerte einige Zeit, aber immerhin wurde ein angemessener Betrag wieder rückerstattet.

arnaque je n'ai pas séjourner dans l'établissement car impossible d'avoir la clé de ma chambre, leur système de QR code sans aucune réception à l arrivée vous laisse à la rue et personne ne répond au téléphone. obligé de me loger ailleurs à mes frais
