great location, friendly staff. We booked a room for 2 nights and the description in the booking page said it has a bathtub, which we desperately needed after a very long car trip. But the room we were assinged to didn't have a bathtub.

My GPS directed me to go in the back door, and the breakfast attendant opened the door, glaring at us sullenly. I put up the sign that I didn't want them to disturb, and they still came into the room when we weren't there, and took our stuff away. They turned off the water in the room and were always changing the temperature of the heater, making us feel cold and hot all in one night. Poor breakfast, not worth the price. Don't repeat yourself EVER AGAIN.

This hotel will do the job for the price. It lacks a few basic necessities and the rooms are decent, but the hotel staff is so nice and friendly, they make up for any shortcomings.

Very pleased with this hotel. It was close to transport, had endless restaurants and bakeries to choose from. It was walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysee. The beds were comfy, the towels were nice and heavy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and they gave a good supply of keurig -like espresso pods in the room. I made this reservation last minute for a trip with my daughter and was expecting there to be something wrong with the place for the low price I paid. Very happy with what we got.

Location is strategic, staffs are helpful. The only thing is the coffee machine in the room not clean. Management should look into.

Nice small hotel. Just above restaurants and located on a Main Street close to good restaurants and bakeries for breakfast.
The room carpet needs changing and updated. A bit soiled. The room overall was clean but could use a revamp. Bed was comfortable and all staff were pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I would stay there again.

This property is old, the bathroom window was hanging, if we touched it we were scared it would fall on us. My daughter said she seen a cockroach, so I called the office and he came up to our room to look for it and said he didn’t see it. Which I thought was funny, obviously it’s going to hide. The beds were clean and we checked for bed bugs and seen no sight of them which was a plus and we felt like it was a safe area.
